The Calculator tab opens the online financial calculators. There are three links to the various
calculators. The system defaults to the 4 Square Calculator which is useful for
quickly determining the various terms of a deal. Entering three of the terms in
the four square results in providing the remaining term.
Also included in the Calculators are a Loan Calculator and a Reserve Calculator. Most of the common capabilities needed to calculate the terms of a transaction, the loan and the loan reserves are contained in these calculators. Also, if a particular result (number) is desired or needed to be entered into the FEX system, the number may be copied and pasted into the appropriate location simply by using the normal cut and paste features of Windows
