In order to view all of the information for a particular vehicle, simply click on the "View" button in the first column of the list and the complete vehicle inventory page will be shown. To add a vehicle to the Inventory, click on the "Add" button and the Enter New Inventory item screen will open. This tab is also helpful if you wish to enter inventory "on the fly". We encourage every Dealer to fill out the "Source" field, which will add the value to all of the FEX system inventory reports.

NOTE: It is important to remember to place a value in the "Inventory Cost" field. This insures that the system will calculate the correct values when you use the Desking module.

Finance Express receives an electronic update each month from NADA with all of the current vehicle data. In the same manner, the updated information from Kelly Blue Book is received every two months. Finance Express updates this information upon receipt, so that your inventory data will always be current for that month.
