The Application Archive Page is a tool for keeping your records current. It places the records you select into an Archived state, which will remove them from your active pages but does not delete them from the FEX system.
In this way, your can keep all of the current applications in view, and "hide" any records that you do not intend to use. An inactive record may be restored at any time.
