Employment Information

The Employer Information Page reflects all of the information about the primary applicant's employer and the status of his or her employment. It is important that the following fields are completed:

    1) Applicant's Occupation
    2) Applicant's Employer and Telephone Number
    3) How Long at current employment
    4) Monthly Income

If the duration of the applicant's current employment is less than two years, the previous employer section must be completed and should include the previous employer's telephone number.

NOTE: As with previous application screens, to Save the new information, simply click on any of the tabs on the sub-menu such as App Info, Credit, or Trade In. To leave this page without saving, simply click on any of the tabs on the main menu, such as App List, Inventory or Reports.

The Notes section of the Employer Information Page provides the Applicant with the opportunity to submit additional information to the Lender regarding facts that may assist the Lender to better understand anything unusual in the application. This gives the Applicant the chance to explain personal information, disputes, extenuating circumstances or unique situations.

NOTE: After the Application Information and Employment Information have been entered and the Credit Bureau has been pulled, we recommend that you click on the Lender tab ("sneak a peek") to see if you have obtained a green light or red light on the application. A green light lets you know that the Lender wishes to see the completed application. A red light indicates that the Lender will not accept the application. If a red light is indicated, we recommend that you re-verify the information on the application, credit and employment tabs.
