Lender Information

The Lender Page is used for viewing all of the Lenders' responses to a particular application. As stated previously, when you click on the Lender tab, the Lenders that are indicated with green lettering or “green light” will accept the selected application. Lenders with red lettering or "red light" will not accept the selected application and the FEX system will not allow you to send it to them.

NOTE:  Every application will have at least one green light, which is the "all cash" transaction. This selection may be used when the customer pays cash, and you wish to print all of the required documents for closing the transaction.

If all of the lenders are "red light", then no Lender is interested in looking at this application. This is why we recommend that you "sneak a peek" after completing the Application, Credit and Employment Information sections.

If, after you have pulled the Credit Bureau and the customer has a good FICO score and adequate income, but all of the Lenders are indicating a "red light", we recommend that you verify your data entry.

If a Lender has declined seeing the application, the reason for the declination is reflected in the Criteria section of the Lender page.

If a Lender has approved the application, and it is the best deal for the Dealer, simply press the button located in the right hand Action column labeled "Send to Desking". This action accepts all of that Lender's approval criteria and automatically enters into the Desking Page, where it can be adjusted, if necessary.
