The Notes Page is an extremely valuable tool for keeping track of the changes that are made to an application, both by the FEX system and by your staff. The FEX system automatically enters a number of key events into the Notes Page such as the date the application was created, the date the credit bureau was pulled and the date the desking vehicle was selected.
The dealership may add additional notes simply by clicking in the Notes section, typing the note and then pressing the Add Note button. We recommend that the notes be kept brief, so that they may be more easily viewed on a single line.
