Finance Express Purchases License for Exclusive Rights to DealerCAP™ Forms For Independent Dealers
RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA (March 20, 2007) - In an effort to enhance
forms management solutions for independent auto retailer customers in
North America, Finance Express today announced that they have purchased
the exclusive distribution rights to DealerCAP™ forms.
DealerCAP™ is offered through Dealer Office Xpress (DOX), a partnership
between ADP and Standard Register, and is designed to help dealers
prevent common paperwork errors that can occur during the motor vehicle
transaction. DealerCAP™ provides a document management system that
includes forms such as customer proposals, trade-in value appraisals,
test drive agreements, and more that can improve profitability and
reduce the number of rejected car deals.
